All vehicle rentals are governed by a comprehensive Rental Agreement provided at the time of booking or vehicle pick-up. This document outlines the specific terms, conditions, insurance coverage, fees, and your obligations for the rental. In case of any discrepancies between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the latter will prevail.
Eligibility Criteria

7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Vehicle Uses
- The vehicle may not be used for any unlawful activities, including racing or off-roading. Transporting hazardous materials and sub-letting to unauthorized individuals are strictly prohibited. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is unacceptable. Adherence to passenger and weight limits is mandatory, as is compliance with agreed geographical boundaries.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and fees.
Limitation of Liability in Basingstoke
